Your right to opt out
Loyalty LTD sells personal information as described in our California Privacy Notice. You may direct us not to sell your personal information at any time.
We will act on your request within 15 business days. Opting out does not require you to create an account.
You may submit the form below or email privacy@loyaltyltd.co with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”.
What opting out does
We will stop selling and sharing your personal information going forward. We will not be able to route your inquiry to a buyer or partner, and we will remove you from any advertising audiences we control.
What opting out does not do
It does not recall information already delivered to a buyer or partner before we received your request. Those businesses are independent; you may contact them directly. It does not stop disclosures to our service providers, which are not sales, or disclosures required by law. It does not delete your information — use the Data Privacy Request page for that.
Verification
We may ask you to confirm the email address or telephone number associated with your inquiry so that we act on the right record. We will not require you to create an account.
Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising this or any other privacy right.
